To remove "spyware" updates open Command Prompt as administrator by clicking right mouse button on Start button or by pressing Win+X shortcut, and enter the following:

Pour Windows 7 non ultimate
ce rendre sur http://www.froggie.sk/7lp64rtm.html pour dl le pack (attention, il existe plusieurs version du même pack de langue, vérifier si sp1 installé)
lancer l'exe pour avoir le .cab, le copier sur C: puis exécuter
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\lp.cab
bcdedit /set {current} locale fr-FR
bcdboot %WinDir% /l fr-FR
Windows doit être à jour!
